The following tables summarize the different compensation components for 2013 and 2014 for the CEO individually and for the other members of the
Executive Committee in the aggregate.
Delhaize Group has announced the departure of Nicolas Hollanders as Exec
utive Vice President - Human Resources, Sustainability, and IT as of March 13,
2014.
Marc Croonen has been appointed as Delhaize Group's Chief Human
Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 1, 2014.
Maura Smith, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and General Secretary
for Delhaize Group, has left the company effective November 1, 2014.
Dirk Van den Berghe, CEO of Delhaize Belgium and Luxembourg, was
appointed to Delhaize Group Executive Committee as of April 1, 2014 and then
decided to leave the company effective August 1, 2014.
Delhaize Group has announced the appointment of Kevin Holt as the new CEO
for Delhaize America, effective July 7, 2014.
