Marc Croonen has been appointed as Delhaize Group's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 1, 2014. Maura Smith, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and General Secretary for Delhaize Group, has left the company effective November 1, 2014. Dirk Van den Berghe, CEO of Delhaize Belgium and Luxembourg, was appointed to Delhaize Group Executive Committee as of April 1, 2014 and then decided to leave the company effective August 1, 2014.
