Our business model is a continuous cycle in
which we work to lower our cost base so that we
can invest in price, value, and the products and
services we offer. This enables us to drive sales, win
new customers and allocate capital to further grow
our business.
We use the capital we generate to drive
new growth, to get the right returns and to invest
in our businesses for the long term.
We continually work to simplify how we do
