Anders Moberg (March 21, 1950) is a Swedish national. He assumed the position of acting
CEO on May 5, 2003. On September 4, 2003, Ahold's shareholders appointed him to the
Corporate Executive Board in the position of President and CEO. Mr. Moberg is the former CEO
and President of IKEA Group and former Division President-International at Home Depot in
the United States. Currently, Mr. Moberg is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Clas Ohlson
AB and a member of the Supervisory Boards of Velux A/S, Husqvarna AB and DFDS A/S.
John Rishton (February 21, 1958) is a British national. He assumed the position of acting
Executive Vice President and CFO on January 2, 2006. On May 18, 2006 Ahold's
shareholders appointed him to the Corporate Executive Board in the position of CFO.
Mr. Rishton is former CFO of British Airways PLC. He has also worked for Ford Europe in
various executive positions. Mr. Rishton is a non-executive director of Rolls-Royce Group Plc.
Peter Wakkie (June 22, 1948) is a Dutch national. Mr. Wakkie joined Ahold as acting
Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Governance Counsel on October 15, 2003.
This position was formalized when Ahold's shareholders appointed him a member of the
Corporate Executive Board on November 26, 2003. Prior to joining Ahold, he was a partner
at law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. Mr. Wakkie is a member of the Supervisory
Boards of the Albert Heijn Vaste Klanten Fonds, Schuitema N.V. and Wolters Kluwer N.V.
