Brand names relate to U.S. Foodservice. Customer
relationships relate to U.S. Foodservice for EUR 62
(2005: 105), Stop Shop/Giant-Landover Arena for EUR 12

(2005: EUR 0). Software includes capitalized internal
development costs and other costs. "Other" includes
