In addition, Ahold's Group Support Office is presented separately. As of 2006, Ahold's self-insurance subsidiaries in the United States have been included in Group Support Office, whereas previously they were included in the Stop Shop/Giant-Landover segment. Prior period segment information presented for comparative purposes has been adjusted accordingly.
