("Ahold Czech Republic"), established in 1991, which has a market area consisting ot the Czech Republic. Ahold Polska Sp. z o.o. ("Ahold Polska"), established as a joint venture in 1995 and acquired fully in 1999, which has a market area consisting of Poland. Ahold Retail Slovakia, k.s. ("Ahold Slovakia"), established in 2001, which has a market area consisting of Slovakia.
