vice president and director ot Exxon Mobil Corporation.

international advisory board ot the Guggenheim group in
New York, United States. Mr. Dahan is a member ot the
international advisory board ot the Instituto de Empresa,
Madrid, Spain.

tirst appointed to the Supervisory Board on May 13, 2003,
and his term runs until 2007. Mr. Hommen is tormer CFO
and vice chairman ot the board ot management ot Royal
Philips Electronics N.V. He is chairman ot the supervisory
board ot TNT N.V., chairman ot the board ot Reed Elsevier
N.V., and member ot the supervisory board ot ING Groep
N.V. Mr. Hommen is chairman ot the supervisory board ot
the Academic Hospital Maastricht and chairman ot the
board ot directors ot MedQuist Inc. which is approximately
70.9% owned by Royal Philips Electronics N.V.
Karen de Segundo
Karen de Segundo (December 12, 1946) is a Dutch
national. She was tirst appointed to the Supervisory
Board on June 2, 2004, and her term runs until 2008.
Mrs. de Segundo is tormer CEO ot Shell International
Renewables and president ot Shell Hydrogen and prior
to that CEO ot Shell International Gas Power. She is
a member ot the board ot Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj and
director ot Lonmin Plc and ot Merrill Lynch New Energy
Technology Plc.
Derk C. Doijer

Derk Doijer (October 9, 1949) is a Dutch national. He was
tirst appointed to the Supervisory Board on May 18, 2005,
and his term runs until 2009. Mr. Doijer is a tormer member

and, prior to that, held several executive positions in the
Netherlands and South America. He is non-executive

Myra M. Hart
Myra Hart (August 5, 1940) is a U.S. national. She was tirst
appointed to the Supervisory Board on May 18, 2005, and
her term runs until 2009. She is an academic (protessor ot
entrepreneurship) by protession. She holds the MBA Class
ot 1961 Chair ot Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business
School. Prior to joining Harvard in 1995, Protessor Hart
was on the tounding team ot Staples the Ottice Superstore,
serving as vice president ot Growth and Development trom
launch through initial public ottering. She is a member ot
the board ot Ottice Depot, Intellivid, Nina McLemore and
eCornell. Protessor Hart is a trustee ot Cornell University, a
director ot the Center tor Women's Business Research and
a member ot the Committee ot 200.
Stephanie M. Shern
Stephanie Shern (January 7, 1948) is a U.S. national.
She was tirst appointed to the Supervisory Board on May 18,
2005, and her term runs until 2009. Mrs. Shern was with
Ernst Young tor over 30 years, most recently as vice
chairman and global director ot Retail and Consumer
Products and a member ot Ernst Young's U.S.
management committee. She is the lead Director ot
GameStop and a member ot the board and chair ot the audit
committee ot GameStop and Scotts Miracle-Gro. She is also
a member ot the board ot Sprint Nextel Corporation and a
member ot the advisory board ot Pennsylvania State
University, School ot Business.
