Legal proceedings
There are no material pending legal proceedings known, other than ordinary routine litigation incidental to Royal Ahold's and its subsidiaries'
businesses, to which Royal Ahold or any of its subsidiaries is a party or of which any of their property is subject. The Company is of the
opinion that these will not have an adverse effect on financial position and operational results.
